Gerald A. Colca, a co-founder and director of the former International Intelligence Network, is a nationally recognized records research investigator who has worked closely with Local, State and Federal law enforcement agencies.

Since 1981, Mr. Colca has been investigating financial crimes, fraud claims and conducting due diligence inquiries to assist law firms and "Fortune 500" companies in developing and following paper trails vital to civil and criminal investigations, asset recovery, and prosecution.

Mr. Colca is a co-author of "Public Information & Records Tracking" and has instructed law enforcement and corporate security agents in this highly acclaimed course. He has been a guest instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center at Glynco, Georgia.

Mr. Colca has also lectured to groups affiliated with the American Society for Industrial Security, United States Department of Labor - Office of Inspector General - Labor Racketeering, the Texas Commission on Private Security, various legal and auditor groups, plus has been a panelist on "Collection Law in Texas" seminars.

He has been called as an expert witness in cases in Louisiana State Criminal Court and United States Bankruptcy Court - Northern District of Illinois.
